We knew the time would come as it was just a temporary gig until the land was needed for the restoration of the adjacent hotel and restaurant. Massive thank you to Evo for repaving the lot, donating the space and letting the Scotty Lapp Foundation build a community skatepark. Our Skatepark Ambassadors, local middle and high school students, were instrumental in keeping the park clean, locked up and in good shape. The local businesses, agencies and neighbors of the skatepark went above and beyond to make this a success for the kids of North Tahoe. Thank you all for making space for us in Tahoe City.

Rest assured the Scotty Lapp Foundation and our Skatepark Committee is still hard at work to make a permanent park a reality. Until then we will continue to fundraise, give scholarships for ski and snowboarding and work with our local agencies so soon, we will again, #SeeYouAtScottys.
